Sachiel is one of my longest running characters to date, existing since at least 2013. His story has changed a lot over time nothing set in stone until now with Undertow being his home world.

A hunter and dubbed ‘hellhound’. Sachiel lives in the Undertow, looking for a more comfortable life than that of living on streets eating rats. Sachiel has strong opinions on how feels things should be run- without the power to be able to make it happen. He is fuelled by his own ideals, and is very kept to himself about his feelings, thoughts, and reasonings for why he does what he does.
Sachiel insists he does not have friends, but the people he’s surrounded by think otherwise.

He wields a triple barrelled revolver that contains no clear entry point for reloading bullets, as well as a large black metal hunting knife that remains holstered to his hip.

Not much is known about her other than what she wants you to know. Natascha is a good friend of Cy, eventual friend of Sachiel and Viktor and very good at what she does. Natascha is also a bounty hunter, running a few side gigs between. She generally causes problems on purpose and loves to harass her coworkers.

Nat is known to hunt with her own claws from her fingers, otherwise its whatever weapon she can get her hands on. She carries a knife, but rarely uses it as she prefers to take down her prey by hand.

Belonging to a subterrenean race of mushroom-communicating and farming people called Kaousians, Rochmir left their home to explore the world on the outside more, despite being half blind. They are a good friend of Sachiel and on odd occasion will refer to themself as 'we' due to the mycelia they harbor within pockets of their own flesh.

Rochmir happened to meet both Viktor and Sachiel in prison, being captured and put to labor simply due to a lack of knowledge of their kind. Rochmir speaks an alien language that only Sachiel can understand, but since being stuck in prison has taken to learning the common tongue to make communication with Viktor easier.

Crude, rude, and full of attitude. Or rather, he's just very upfront in how he feels about people and doesn't try to skirt around and pretend. Asheton is the kind of person who isn't afraid to tell you he doesn't like you to your face. He can be generally a bit overbearing when he does like you, and is usually very physically affectionate unless told otherwise to stop. He's the type of person to die for you even if you wouldn't do the same.

Asheton also has a problem with letting go of the past. He stews on things far too much and most people aren't willing to really dish back what he serves out, so as a result he really doesn't back off of things or let things go unless you really step on his toes.

In Undertow, he is accidentally dragged along with Viktor as he is pulled back.

Hy is a part of a species of creatures known as Xaeco. They have green colored blood and innards, two eyes (one on each side of their head) with an unorthodox shape. Their favorite food is tiramisu and Hyrion is also an artist! They love to paint and build sculptures. They're a bit frantic and often seem to be in a rush but they're very kind and actually quite relaxed when you get to know them. Hy likes to go on walks and enjoy the world around them and they're always open to new ideas and trying different things (even if it intimidates them!)

Atwood is the problem child between the two twins. Generally uncaring about how others perceive him, Atwood generally does whatever he wants whenever he wants... within reason. Specifically whatever he can get away with when Vik isn't looking. Atwood is a prankster, jokester and generally a fun guy to be around. He's got an extremely talented head on his shoulders, but he generally lacks the drive to do anything with it if it isn't what he classes as 'fun'. Atwood is a little selfish at times, only caring about what happens to his brother or to Viktor, who he sees as a father figure (but will never ever tell anyone or let it slip, he hates when jokes turn against him he's supposed to be the funny one).

While Atwood generally doesn't care about what others think of him, he does mind when it comes to both Vik and Will since he considers them family, and he's actively seeking praise from either of them due to history with his parents. Atwood is a sweet guy, but he acts like a huge dick because he doesn't know how to handle positive feelings very well.

Willwood is the overly cautious sibling, especially after getting his brother into trouble several times in the past. Will generally doesn't like to be the one to make plans or start them, but that's only because he doubts himself and his abilities a lot. While he is the smarter of the two siblings, he's also the one lacking the most in terms of confidence, mostly due to his upbrining. Will is a very clever guy, with a good heart, but is often unable to see these things for himself.

His brother and Vik bring out the best in him, always trying to give him little boosts here and there to make him a little more sure of himself, and Viktor has taught him many new things in the past. Once distracted from his thoughts, Will is just as much of a troublemaker as his brother is and while he doesn't like to admit it, he really does love a little bit of chaos when he gets into it.

Docia is a very tired woman who is generally trying her best to wrangle her friends and keep them from getting into trouble. She's the actual owner of the Catz' hangout and lives there with her several roommates. She's strong willed in most situations, only faultering when put against her own demons.

Ymo is the life of the party and partner to Docia. Ymo is actually probably more like Viktor than any of his friends, both of them are easily distracted and tend to make stupid decisions despite the fact they both know they probably shouldn't. She's kicked back, street smart, and honestly the kind of person you'd want to have when you're having a bad time. She may make a lot of stupid decisions, but at least she's wise when it comes to the way the brain functions.

Asheton's oldest brother, Seán was essentially a father figure to his two younger brothers due to his family becoming broken over time. He generally shoulders most of the responsibilies as Aodhan was always far too immature, and Asheton's disability made it hard for him to keep and hold down a job. Seán has no ill will towards either of his siblings, he does wish Aodhan would grow up, but since he does still help with bills he really can't be too angry about it.

Maria was originally created as a Soul Eater weapon OC, but I gave her some new breath with a full redesign as well as letting her be a minor character in Undertow. She's surprisingly peppy for a goth, and has a lot of her own little quirks that make her stand out against her collegues. She occasionally performs at the bar but tends to avoid doing so as she much prefers just serving the people she's around. She's a friend to Natascha, the two of them love to make snide comments about people together and tends to prefer Nat's company the most out of her friends and coworkers.

A good friend of Natascha as well as the chef that works at The Hovel, Tara is probably the main reason the place is still in business dude to being incredibly good at their job. Tara flips on what pronouns she wants depending on the day, sometimes it's she, he, they, depends on the mood but generally they don't correct anyone for picking one. Tara is usually busy trying to keep Emi's temper in check so that the patrons keep coming back instead of running out with black eyes.

Server at The Hovel, Emi has a bad attitude and the only reason she's still there is knowing that no other place in the Undertow will likely hire her because of her animalistic looks. She's mostly loud when it comes to her outbursts, in reality she's just frustrated with the fact she doesn't understand why she got so unlucky and ended up in a place like this. She tends to take out her frustrations on others, Tara generally tries to calm her down but struggles sometimes. She's not a bad person, she loves her friends and would do anything for them, she's just got a lot going on.
