DESCRIPTION
The mysterious bartender that seems to know more than they reasonably should. Their main interest is setting up hunts for Sachiel and muttering with Natascha about plots and other things. Their motives are unknown, what they plan on doing is also unknown- but it is known that do really enjoy Sachiel’s company to the point they offered him room and board if he agreed to a contract to essentially make Sachi as their own personal hunter. They seem to let people in, but don’t let them know much about Cy themself.

APPEARANCE
Cy is a very short individual with darker tanned skin and brown hair that's been bleached blonde- noticable only because of the roots always showing through. Their hair is chopped short around the bangs and is long in the back, about lower shoulder length. They are always wearing a pair of sunglasses and no one knows their eye colour. They're more heavy set, and always dress in dapper apparel.
Cy always greets people and customers with a very large grin.
PERSONALITY
Cy is a very kind-hearted individual. They rarely turn down people's pleas and are very friendly and outgoing. They tend to be very exciteable when it comes to their interests, but also carry a seriousness depending on exactly which of those interests are being spoken of. They love to help out where they can within reason, but it has been shown that they are very aggressive when their bar is involved. They do not allow any sort of riff-raff or fights within the space, and are very stern when it comes to issues of destruction of their property.
Cy is also a good boss and landlord. They do the best they can to ensure their staff is well looked after, being that they tend to house their staff upstairs in the small apartment complex that's connected to the building. Kindness is their main philosophy... to anyone who isn't the two hounds from Upstairs.
HISTORY
According to a slip of the tongue, Cy actually has not always lived in the Undertow. They actually were sent there from Upstairs, having been a resident of above sometime back before Sachiel or even the two other hellhounds showed up. Cy doesn't like talking about this time and has never mentioned their previous work while up top as well. They don't like to share their history at all where possible.
Regarding the Hovel, however, they're very happy to talk about it's history and how it came to be. When they did come down they used the money they still had from their Upstairs job to buy out the entire building complex, apartments included. They rent the apartments to their staff only, trying to keep everyone together and make things 'easier' as they say. Cy did all the renovations on their own however, down to even building the stage at the center of the bar where they host 'performers' on the weekends.

✸Sachiel
[ Employee/Friend ]Cy finds Sachiel to be fascinating. They tend to look at him more like a scientist would, which is odd given their profession. They do seem to care about Sachiel's wellbeing, but it also feels very clear that Cy has ulterior motives with keeping an eye on Sachiel, and Sachi is fully aware of this fact. Neither talk about one another with malice, or treat one another badly. They both mostly talk to one another like colleagues rather than like friends though.

✸Natascha
[ Friend ]It's unclear how Cy knows Natascha. All that's known is that if Cy usually wants someone dealt with, they would call upon Nat for the job specifically before Sachi showed up. Now Nat just get the chance to be called over to talk about more important jobs instead of dealing with riff-raff which she seems to be fine with. The two are very chummy and definitely know one another very well.

✸Viktor
[ Employee/Friend ]Cy loves Viktor's vibe and attitude, but just like Sachiel, sometimes Cy treats him a bit like an experiment rather than a person. Viktor doesn't mind too much since he enjoys their company, the two seem decent close all things considered, and Cy is very happy to help Viktor feel more settled into his new home.

✸Emerson
[ Rival/Despised ]Cy absolutely despises Emerson and his brother. They state it's because it's their fault that there are bulletholes in the Hovel's walls. In reality it seems they had a different run-in with those two that lead to this current spat. It's clear that Cy wants them dealt with, but doesn't currently have the ability to do so.
